You've probably gotten this question before, but whattttevvvver! Okay so, what program do you use for drawing and what do you draw with? (Pencil, tablet, mouse, mousepad, wolf, etc...)
Anonymousfor digital stuff i practically always use paint tool SAI because it’s lightweight and suits my needs very well. occasionally i’ll use photoshop for making gifs and stuff though. i use a bamboo pen tablet, but i’m thinking of upgrading to something else after i can get back into the swing of things art-wise.
for traditional stuff i just use some 2H pencils in strathmore sketchbooks :P
and now here’s some leijons!
green/olive bloods i think would be pretty diverse in body types(perhaps all of the more common blood type would be?). nepeta is very short and skinny but is reasonably well built (you can’t tell in this bust because it’s all under her clothes) and meulin is also short (albeit slightly taller than nepeta) and round.
oh look it’s some maryams
maryams (and jade bloods in general) tend to be really tall and elongated. porrim is taller only because she’s older, at the same amount of sweeps kanaya would be the same height. because they’re ancestors they look really similar, but kanaya is a bit more curvy in comparison to porrim who is quite skinny. i was going to show this in some body sketches but i got very lazy o well.

Did you draw as a kid, or does drawing come naturally for you?
Anonymoussort of both i guess? i drew a lot as a kid but i didn’t start getting really “serious” about drawing and art stuff until last year. i’m mostly self taught in all aspects of art which is why i kind of struggle with a lot of things, but i’d say the basic parts of art do just “come naturally” to me.

this has probably been asked before, but.. what tools/programs do you use for your drawings? i tried to use one of dem tablets, but i found it kinda complicated to work with... for now, i still prefer pencil/paper
i use a wacom bamboo pen tablet, and for programs i use paint tool SAI and photoshop CS5 for gifs (i have other programs for arting too i just don’t use them that much). also when making pencil sketches i usually just draw in my strathmore sketchbook with a 2H pencil.
when i first started out with a tablet i found it kind of complicated, but the more you practice the easier it gets. you can get some pretty good tablets pretty cheap too, so if you ever want to try it out again i suggest you do!
